Every situation is unique and we will work with you for a resolution. The only ask from RockResist is that the care instructions are followed. Hand washing is the best, machine wash using the cold cycle is the next best. Line dry is the only safe option to protect the polyurathane barrier that provides the protection we are so excited to provide.
